This Privacy Policy describes how Mathieu Da Vinha ("we", "our", or "us") handles your personal information when you use the Proto mobile application (the "App").
We built Proto with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or share any of your personal data.
We do not collect any personal information, usage data, or analytics from you. All data created within the App remains on your device or in your personal Apple iCloud account.
The App uses Apple's native iCloud service to sync your documents across your devices. This data is transmitted directly from your device to Apple's servers. We have no access to your iCloud account, your documents, or any data synced via iCloud. For more information on how Apple handles your iCloud data, please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
The App offers in-app purchases (such as subscriptions) using Apple's native StoreKit. All transactions are securely processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information, billing address, or credit card details. We only receive anonymous transaction statuses to unlock Pro features within the App.
We do not use any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks. Your activity within the App is not tracked by us or any third-party partners.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and, if required, within the App itself.
